On Monday, the court heard communication data and information recovered from phones logged Ms Wandelt consistently demanding Madeleine's mother for a genetic test during that period.

Madeleine's disappearance in 2007 - as a three-year-old during a vacation in Portugal - is considered the most covered child disappearance cases and is still open.

'I Am Not Seeking Money'

Another phone message, played in court, recorded Ms Wandelt declaring: "I know I'm overweight and plain like Madeleine used to be, but I feel what I know."

While a separate message of Ms Wandelt's recordings with Mrs McCann's recording said: "What if there is a tiny probability that I'm her? What happens next? Wouldn't that be crucial for you?"

"I don't want money, I possess a life here in Poland, I just want to know," she added.

The tribunal was advised that via electronic messages, text messages and communications, Ms Wandelt requested a biological test, sent youth pictures to her phone in a effort to display a similarity to Mrs McCann's vanished daughter, and asserted to have "recollections" from a childhood with the McCanns.

Robert Jones, a data specialist with Leicestershire Police who gathered the data, informed the court there "didn't appear to be any replies" from Mrs McCann.

Ms Wandelt furthermore communicated with close associates of the McCanns, based on the communication logs.

On October 9th, 2024, the father answered a communication from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, declaring she had "the wrong phone."

During that incident Ms Wandelt deposited a voicemail on Mrs McCann's voicemail declaring "I will continue and I intend to demonstrate my position."

The court learned the co-defendant established a association through digital means with Ms Wandelt preceding joining her on a visit to the McCanns' property in Leicestershire in last December.

Phone records demonstrated Mrs Spragg had contacted using WhatsApp to Mrs McCann to say the media had characterized Ms Wandelt as "a crazy person" but that she should be considered genuine in the period leading up to the trip to Rothley, that area, in December 2024.

The court heard correspondence between the two accused, in November 2024, planning endeavoring to obtain Mrs McCann's biological evidence from her garbage or from cutlery at a eating establishment.

"We need to take action," the co-defendant informed Ms Wandelt.

On the night of the appearance to their home, Mrs Spragg sent a communication which said: "We're currently positioned adjacent to the McCanns' home with our headlights off similar to private investigators. I wanted to do this with Peter Andrew I hadn't anticipated I would be engaged in this with the McCanns."

The trial ongoing.
